January 2020 Stats

In Stony Plain for the month of January there were 15 sales, which is exactly the same as 2019. The average days on market is up to 139 days and the average sold price was down to $304,689. 

In Spruce Grove, there were 29 sales which is up from last January. The average days on market is down to 68 days and the average sold price has decreased to $340,684. 

In Parkland County, the sales were down compared to 2019, there were 10 sales last month. The average days on market was up to 159 days. The average price for the listings that sold in January was $555,040.
